Rent the entire House:
Great Experience! 3 couples and our kids stayed at the Franklin Guest House so that we could attend Hartwick Alumni Weekend. From the moment we stepped inside I was in love. Everything is beautifully renovated and the attention to detail is apparent. Not to mention Anna provides hotel like accommodations with fresh towels and beautiful bedding. Our kids loved all the toys provided, especially the drum set :). I admire restored antiques and unique decorating so you can be sure I asked Anna where she got everything from her chandeliers to headboards. Anna and I texted before and through the weekend to answer any questions and just chit chat about how we were doing. Location: Calm, serene area, Perfectly situated around the corner is the Tulip Rose which is a cute little breakfast/lunch place that has amazing coffee and I would highly recommend the BLT egg sandwich – out of this world! I vote YES to staying at Anna’s place – you will be glad you did.
